Had this gifted to me recently. Initially, I had an issue where I launched the game and it asked me for to bind a key. Problem was I couldn't as it didn't show the key. Now a couple days later, I finally have a "view key" option but when I try to launch the game it says "Failed to contact key server error" Any ideas? This is stupid, no wonder people pirate ubisoft games all the time. Simple answer: 1. No legit site like green man gaming sells it, only weird ones i don't trust. 2. There are no Steam keys for this game because it's a uplay game same way Steam copies of modern Ubisoft games can only be aquired through Steam Store and all other keys activate on Uplay only. Hi Purchased driver san francisco from steam 28th june,2014. Since then I am not able to open it on my mac pro. I have tried reinstalling it but no luck. I am on macbook pro 2GHz intel core i7 processor and 8gb memory.
Detroit Urban Survival Jan 22, 2015 @ 10:06pm. yeah if you're on windows 8/ 8.1 go to the game folder by right clicking on driver sanfrancisco and find the .exe file and run it on compatabilty mode for windows 7 and check the button that says run as administrator. #3.

Sadly vignette and color saturation don't work properly but it definitely looks better than vanilla PC version!Link to the mod:

The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic. this game is broken like so shame on producers.. you probably changed driving keys so game should show you left and right buttons but it doesn't. just because the keys would be A and D if u didn't change. game doesn't know you changed them.
