2. Bulk edit the tickets to change the workflow to move them back to the backlog. 3. Open up the Backlog view. 4. Drag the tickets out of the sprint into the backlog (this clears the sprint field) 5. Open up each ticket and place it back into the status you need it to have. Voila!
I can then edit and change none to the desired Epic Name. If it isn't there then you need to go to project settings > Issue Layout and edit the layout associated w/ story. If it isn't listed then you need to ensure Epic Link is on the screen config.
Dec 11, 2018 Hi @Fatima, This looks as if you pulled in a Jira macro and accidentally selected multiple issues through a JQL filter. Edit your Confluence page and edit the Jira macro in your table. Suppose you just want to view the PRODUCT-11 epic, just type 'PRODUCT-11' in the search box and press enter to make sure you just see the one issue.
You can create a manually triggered Automation Rule to do this in Jira -. Branch rule for all issues in Epic - clone and update summary to be something like "Clone - { {triggerIssue.summary}}" Clone Epic to new Epic, linking to trigger issue. Branch rule for all issues in epic. * if summary starts with "Clone -".
You can unlink and keep both without any problems. Go to an issue that contains links and locate the Issue Links section. Hover over the link you want to delete and click the Delete icon that appears. If you didn't linked the issues using this resource, can you share a screen to see what type of link you've applied?
